From our friends down the street in "Yolanda Gardens." Isn't this what it's all about? It makes me want to throw out most of my furniture.
Designed by Architects, Palmer & Krisel and developed by George Alexander in the mid 1950's, these two landmark tracts showcase the modern, open-plan, indoor-outdoor architecture that would come to typify the laid-back California suburban lifestyle. Today, with a renewed interest in good design, efficient living, and all things mid-century, these neighborhoods attract a diverse group of creative, passionate, community-minded, design-loving people and their modern children.
